You may recall that several weeks ago I purchased a Shinco 1280 DVD player from you as a Xmas present for my wife followed a few weeks later by a further order for a Shinco TV tuner to enable the device to function as both a TV and DVD player.

I would just like to take this opportunity now of saying that I have found both the products purchased from you and the quality of service offered by Isle Digital to be absolutely excellent, a phrase I never use lightly. The Shinco player is very well constructed, much more so in fact than the wide range of players I was looking closely at in retail stores locally, before deciding to buy from you. The device offers excellent sound and picture quality, is light in weight and therefore easily portable, stylish in appearance, very user friendly and capable of playing most if not all DVD formats. What I also found personally very helpful was an informative, fact based Isle Digital Web site offering a comprehensive but balanced review of the product.

The second major point I would wish to make is to commend the speed, reliability and professionalism of your organisation. As you know, I had several questions and queries prior to purchase and was impressed by the speed and efficiency with which these issues were addressed. The player was received within 24 hours of payment and was very well packaged as well as being exactly as described.

In my experience, sadly, it is not too common nowadays to encounter organisations who deliver exactly what they promise and at a competitive price. It is this which has prompted me to write this reference and to invite you to use it in whatever way you consider most appropriate.

Hi Marcus,

Just to let you know the Shinco 6820's arrived safe and sound yesterday. I had a quick play with one of them last night and have to say I was very impressed!

Picture quality is excellent; the tiny speakers do an admirable job on their own but listening to it through headphones gives a decent amount of bass and a richer sound; the unit is easy to use and well put together; the remote is a nice touch and works really well; the external options (USB, AV out etc) are a definite bonus and make it a truly feature-packed bit of kit.

Having looked around for a while at various makes and models I'm happy we decided to go for these in the end. Also, the service from yourself has been nothing short of superb and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone thinking of considering purchasing one in the future (which I suspect could be a few people once they've seen them in action!). Thanks for making the whole process run smoothly and I appreciate the number-crunching you did to come up with the deal for us.

Please feel free to use me as a point of reference for anyone considering purchasing from you in the future - I'd be more than happy to sing the praises of both the unit and your services!
